To prevent infiltration by the Chinese Communist Party, the ROC Armed Forces have implemented "precise marking of classified information," which officially took effect this month. In addition to requiring official documents and reports to be marked with their classification level, each paragraph in the document must be reviewed and classified into five levels: Unknown, Secret, Confidential, Extremely Important, and Absolutely Not Confidential.
