Titusville residents will see a 13% increase in stormwater fees after the City Council rejected a proposal that would have doubled rates to help pay for flooding improvements.

The Titusville City Council unanimously approved a 13% increase in the stormwater utility assessment rate Tuesday. The hike will raise the current rate to $181 starting Oct. 1 and was the smallest fee increase proposed.
