Tigard police officer pleads guilty to making false statements in criminal investigation
A 27-year-old Tigard police officer pleaded guilty Thursday to an official misconduct charge and resigned from the department for making false statements in a criminal investigation.Jacob Teeny also agreed to surrender his police certification as part of the plea agreement, Tigard police said in a news release.
