Thyolo Court Acquits HSA Accused of Submitting False Documents

The Thyolo Magistrates’ Court has acquitted Enosi Biniweli Mathewe, who was accused of submitting false documents to the National Registration Board (NRB) to obtain a death certificate. Mr Mathewe admitted in court that his mother had died and that he sought the certificate in order to claim benefits from a SACCO following her death.
