The storm depth "Ziros" is currently moving over Berlin and Brandenburg - several trees are said to have fallen on tracks. The S-Bahn has currently stopped its entire traffic.
South Bohemian firefighters intervened in six dozen incidents after Thursday evening storms until 7:00 p.m. The weather complicated rail transport in several places. Water has undermined the track between Dačice and Slavonice, and in the section between the Kamenný Újezd stations near České Budějovice and Holkov, fallen trees are in the traction line. In the South Moravian Region, firefighters went to the fallen trees.
No passing in the Southern Harz: fallen trees paralyze road traffic at Walkenried. Fire brigades are in use and in the construction office of Bad Sachsa there are calls for help.
