Three Gloucester teens have been charged after police say they assaulted a transgender teen during a party in the woods in August.The boys, two of whom are 17 and one of whom is 16, have not been identified because they are minors. They are charged with assault and battery and a clerk magistrate will determine if there is probable cause for the charges to move forward, according to the Gloucester Police Department.
