CLINTON COUNTY — Three individuals were charged with possession of a motor vehicle, a Class 2 felony. The three individuals charged are identified as Brandon M. Clay, 18, of Jennings, Missouri; Isaiah D. Foster, 19, of Alton and Jauh’ryi M. Jones, 19, of St. Louis.
