DOVER, Del. – A trio from Dover is facing charges after police say the group led them on a vehicle pursuit. Around 6:42 a.m., Dover Police spotted a stolen vehicle in the area of North DuPont Highway and River Road. Officers tried to conduct a traffic stop, but say the vehicle took off.
