As EU ministers clash over how protectionist Europe’s new industrial push should be, EPP chief Manfred Weber is flying to Spain’s north African enclave. Alberto Núñez Feijóo will return this Monday to Ceuta accompanied by a delegation from the European People’s Party (EPP) to demand greater involvement of the European Union in the migration crisis and to ask Brussels to mediate with Morocco to facilitate returns.
