The Supreme Court referred the case of Larissa Dolina's apartment to a new hearing, reports the editor of the New Europe Gazette from the courtroom, and left the right to own the apartment to the buyer of Polina Lurier, while the court allowed the singer to live in the disputed apartment before the court of second instance ruled.
The Supreme Court of Russia referred to the high-profile case concerning the sale of the Moscow apartment by the singer, Larissa Dolina, which reversed the decisions of the lower courts and specified that ownership of the apartment was left to the buyer of Polina Lurier, while the Valley retained the right to use the apartment until the final decision of the case, i.e. it would not be forcibly evicted.
