The heat and the hot malty smell are unmistakable proof that the stainless steel thirty-hectoliter brewhouse is currently running at full speed. Under the glass lids, a bitter top-fermented twelve is being born under the supervision of the experienced Lenka Straková. After several days in the cellar, one of the beers was created, which is supposed to support all women in the Czech brewing industry.
