Grimes County, Tx (FOX 44) - A man who led DPS troopers on a thirty mile chase in three counties will be spending 15 years in a state jail. After entering a guilty plea to felony evading arrest in a vehicle and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 39-year-old Justin Dean Ownbey was sentenced.
