Tijuana, February 21. A man was shot this afternoon outside the Oxxo that is located on Sixth Street in the Central Zone. The victim is approximately 35 years old and could be stabilized by Red Cross paramedics before moving her to a hospital. At the door of the Oxxo there was at least one bullet hit.
