They call for a march against animal abuse in Celaya after violent acts and lack of justice

Celaya, Gto.- So far this year, 20 complaints of animal abuse have been received at the Centro de Control y Asistencia Animal (CCAA) in Celaya. However, no economic sanctions have been applied or cases have been resolved. According to the regulations, these fines could range from 400 pesos to 27,000 pesos. In the absence of their application, animal protection groups call for a demonstration against animal abuse and demand justice.
