On Tuesday 13 May 2025, the 2nd day of the trial of Tisseo tried for favoring a company in the construction site of the C line of the metro, the prosecutor demanded a suspended prison.

The trial of Tisseo for favouritism in the award of public contracts in connection with line C of the metro, was opened on Monday 12 May 2025 in front of the correctional court of Toulouse. Among the officials questioned: Jean-Michel Lattes, president of Tisseo Collectivités and deputy to the mayor of Toulouse). The defence was offensive, denouncing the "vacuum" of the file.
