It's much colder than usual at this time of year.

Atmospheric frost may occur in several places at dawn on Wednesday and Thursday - this was warned by HungaroMet Zrt. on its Facebook page on Monday. The post Two critical dawns await us: frost unseen since 1938 may strike this week first appeared on Most Hír.

On Wednesday and Thursday morning, atmospheric and ground frost is expected in many parts of the country due to the continuous influx of cold air. The cooling is so severe that, according to HungaroMet's forecast, even daily cold records that have been in place for decades could be broken.

The week starts with large temperature fluctuations. Hobby gardeners and fruit farmers must now pay particular attention to sensitive plants.

And we won't be able to say goodbye to the strong wind for a few days.
