Japanese horseradish, known as wasabi, is one of the most distinctive spices of Asian cuisine. Its cultivation is exceptionally difficult and expensive, so a kilogram of the plant can cost up to 1,500 złoty. Interestingly, the only plantation of the world's most expensive plant in continental Europe is located near Radom.
