The Chiayi City Government held the "Tide Breeze Bells and Yellow Flower Crazy Music Market" on the right bank of the Bazhang River in Chiayi City from March 7 (Sat) to March 8 (Sun). Combining the flower season scenery, music performances and a special market, the event created a limited-time outdoor spring festival.
