The snowy weather continues to make it difficult for traffic in central Sweden. Along the west coast, strong winds can lead to flooding and downed trees
SMHI has issued new orange and yellow warnings for heavy snowfall combined with wind in large parts of the country from the 13th. Since Saturday, the Swedish Transport Agency has gone into staff mode ahead of the expected snow storm and is urging the public to avoid car and train travel. The orange warning remains in northwestern Svealand, and yellow warnings for snow and wind are issued in central Sweden.
