The Ministry of Labour announced that it is in the final stage of the drafting of the new Law on Salary of Staff Paid from Public Funds, reform undertaken by Romania through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). In the current context, in which the Government has limited powers regarding the initiation of legislative projects, the project will be taken as a parliamentary initiative to go through the debate and adoption process.
