UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Khalifa Shaheen al-Marar called on the UN General Assembly to de-escalate tensions in the region and ensure freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz. Al-Marar stated that, within the framework of international law, supplies must pass through the Strait of Hormuz.
The Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, Khalifa bin Shahin Al-Murrer, stressed that his country had refused to allow crises around it to undermine its worldwide pioneering achievements for decades and had even continued to accelerate progress in all areas.
