Crypto-mining association argues against ownership law during six-hour hearing in federal court | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette
Attorneys for the Arkansas Cryptomining Association, which filed a lawsuit in March against the state, the attorney general, and the director of the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission, appeared in federal court Friday asking for a temporary restraining order to be put into place to prevent enforcement of a commission rule regarding foreign ownership of crypto mining operations in the state.
