Initiated in 2017, the ZAC (concerted development zone) of Doujani Ya Messo will extend over more than 50 hectares of which 30 will be fully developed and 5 will be devoted to public space. Nearly 900 housing units will be built, including 60% of social housing, as well as school groups, a gymnasium or a fire station and various public facilities. The work is scheduled to be completed in 2030.
