The Supreme Court condemns the dissemination of data such as that investigated by the Attorney General: it sees unlawful interference in access to the content of a lawsuit
The Supreme Court, in a recent judgement handed down by the Plenum of the Civil Division, establishes that the disclosure, disclosure or publication of personal data of a legal document - such as a claim - is considered unlawful interference "by the mere objective fact of the presentation or making available to the public of such data" without the need to prove the intention or purpose of harming a third party.
