- Volunteers Muhammad Nadeem, Muhammad Bashir, and Abuzar located Sakhi's body at an altitude of 5,600 metres before transporting the remains from Camp to the Broad Peak Base Camp.
- ACP General Secretary Ayaz Shigri stated the body will be airlifted to Skardu by Pakistan Army helicopters, an operation occurring two days after a candlelight vigil in Islamabad honored the climbers.
- Search efforts for American climber Sarah Mallory Geis and Nepalese climber Nawang Thindu Sherpa remain suspended due to avalanche risks; Shigri noted rescue operations will resume once weather conditions improve.
