This is a new step in her fight for recognition of the dysfunctions in this case. The sister of a woman killed in Oise in 2017 obtained the dismissal of an investigating judge before the disciplinary formation of the Conseil Supérieur de la Magistrature (CSM), she announced Monday 30 June. Benedicte Belair had been found dead at her home in Pont-Sainte-Maxence on 4 April 2017. The investigation had initially ruled out a femicide.
