The Senate has decided to refer to the Constitutional Court a conflict of powers with the Government promoted by the PP for failing to comply with its constitutional obligation to submit the draft General Budgets of the State (PGE) Bill of 2026 to the Cortes Generales and requests the annulment of the various budgetary extensions.
