The government's flagship text to respond to the winter anger of farmers is now marked by several abrasive measures, on water or pesticides.
Following the National Assembly, the Senate approved the emergency agricultural bill in the early hours of Friday morning. The revised version includes numerous relaxations of environmental regulations, as well as a particularly stringent provision regarding the exceptional reintroduction of banned insecticides. The text will now be debated between members of parliament and senators on July 16.
The bill was passed this Friday, July 3 following numerous changes by the right to remove the constraints of the trade. It will be discussed in the Joint Joint Committee on July 16.
After the MPs at the beginning of June, the senators gave their green light to 219 votes against 111 to this government project, built in an emergency to respond to the winter anger of farmers.
