The staff of a Prague senior citizen home behaved rudely towards one of the clients. Her daughters managed to film with a hidden camera how the nurse groped the senior citizen and relieved himself in a vulgar manner. The case ended up as a misdemeanor, which was confirmed by the Constitutional Court. Although it was a reprehensible act, according to it, criminal law is not supposed to punish every indecency between people.
