Jarosław Kaczyński admits that he would support a nationwide ban on the sale of alcohol at night.
Poland has alcohol problems, but central action won't solve them, Marek Sawicki said in a Morning Interview on RMF FM, when asked whether the Polish People's Party would support the bill introducing night-time prohibition, submitted by the New Left. The politician pointed out that local governments should decide on alcohol sales restrictions.
A bill restricting alcohol sales nationwide has been submitted to the Sejm. "This issue should be cross-party," said Włodzimierz Czarzasty, Deputy Speaker of the Sejm.
