On Tuesday, the Public Prosecution Service demanded a twelve-week prison sentence, two of which are suspended, against a 25-year-old man from Alkmaar who, according to the prosecution, repeatedly committed traffic offenses. He allegedly drove without a license three times and caused a fatal accident as a pedestrian for a 77-year-old female cyclist from Heiloo.
