The Attorney General, Tarek William Saab, reported on the afternoon of Thursday, July 10 that Luiggi Javier Cavalleiri Martínez, an official of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB), was arrested and charged by the Monagas Public Prosecutor’s Office for flogging, beating and insulting a citizen in the Maturín Market sector.
