The PAD in Silverthorne just became The Block Hotel & Commons. Here’s what to know.

After being subject to foreclosure, The PAD in Silverthorne is now under new management. On April 28, the hotel-dorm combo tucked behind the Blue River officially became The Block Hotel & Commons.
