The Office of Conflicts of Interest (OCI), which reports to the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Civil Service, has concluded that the Prime Minister was under no obligation to abstain from participating in the Council of Ministers that approved the bailout of Air Europa because his wife, Begoña Gómez, did not have a professional relationship with the company.
