The former Minister of Labor was acquitted on 17 January by the Paris Criminal Court on charges of “favoritism”.
On Wednesday, January 24, the National Financial Prosecutor's Office (PNF) appealed the release of former Minister of Labor Olivier Dussopt for suspicion of favoritism in the award of the public water contract in 2009, when he was mayor of Annonay (Ardèche).
