The Mortgage Works cuts BTL switcher rates for existing customers

The Mortgage Works will cut switcher rates by up to 0.30% across selected buy-to-let (BTL) products for existing customers, with the rates starting from tomorrow, 17th July. Switchers will see the 2-year fixed rate at 2.78% with a 3% fee available up to 65% loan-to-value (LTV), down by 0.21%.  Another 2-year fixed rate is set at 3.99% with a £1,495 fee up to 65% LTV, reduced by 0.13%.  The same product without a fee is now 4.54%, also up to 65% …
