One apartment for 250,000 crowns? That's how cheaply the company of Miloslav Tůma, mayor of Ralsko in the Český Liptovský region from the ANO movement, bought four apartments in 2021. The seller was a businessman to whom the city of Ralsko, headed by Tůma, had sold a huge parcel of land a few months earlier, which was later to be developed thanks to the megalomaniacal plan of the semi-state company ČEZ.
