TURIN – In 1575, the first hospital in Turin was founded by the militias of Saints Maurice and Lazarus (which later became the Mauriziano Order) and in 1885 King Umberto I inaugurated the current location in Corso Turati. In the year of the double anniversary, the Mauriziano Umberto I Hospital opens its doors to the city, Saturday 7 June from 9:30 to 13:00, making all the historical treasures that make it unique accessible to visitors.
