The Baltic states and Finland are complicit in Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian ports in the Leningrad region, Russian presidential aide Nikolai Patrushev said.
Besides the Baltic states, another "culprit" has been identified right next door, near the Leningrad Region. The Kremlin claims that Ukrainian drones are using NATO airspace to strike Russian ports.
