Johnstown council votes to implement landlord registry

JOHNSTOWN — The City of Johnstown passed a resolution changing the city ordinance to implement a landlord registry on June 16.

The Kennett City Council To Enforce Rental Property Ordinance

The Kennett City Council took action at last week’s meeting concerning rental property and landlords who fail to comply with the city’s ordinances on maintaining properties that are rented, especially those rented out for residential use.
