The Court of Justice of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has rejected the economic claim filed by Canal Gestión Lanzarote, former concessionary of the production of water in Lanzarote and La Graciosa, against the Water Consortium of Lanzarote, a claim in which the former concessionaire requested payment of 8,081,454.43 euros as compensation for the reduction of revenues that, it claimed, suffered during the pandemic of COVID-19.
