The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) announced on the 10th that it has ordered Minebea Access Solutions (Miyazaki City), a manufacturer and seller of automotive parts, to take measures to prevent recurrence of a violation of the Act on Proper Operation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Contract Trade, by having its contracted transporters perform loading and unloading work, such as cargo handling, free of charge.
