We note a month ago: the hotel in Bocholtz, a jewel of the Belgian heritage, belonging to the businessman François Fornieri, had been auctioned after a first sale cancelled in November. The sale was closed on 2 June. "But the seller still has to validate the price," the notary explains. Priced at €500,000 on the Biddit platform, the building was awarded to an anonymous buyer for the sum of €752,000.
