Fifteen years ago, wheelchair users in the Czech Republic rode the train among the parcels, recalls Lukáš Kroupa, who was born with cerebral palsy. With his Lenox association, he strives to educate the public about people with disabilities and their involvement in sports. “All parties must contribute to improvement. We cannot just wait for others to do for us,” says the man, who has now received the Olga Havel Prize for his work.

Prague - This year's Olga Havel Award was received by the founder and chairman of the Lenox association and the head of the Czech Powerchair Hockey Federation Lukáš Kroupa.
