Rafael Ramirez, former Venezuelan oil minister (2002-2014), former president of Venezuela's state oil company (PDVSA, 2004-2014) and right-hand man of President Hugo Chavez, before being removed from power by his successor, Nicolas Maduro, is the guest of the day.
