According to a journalistic investigation, the trust created to finance the road network executed only 26.2% of the resources raised. At the end of May, another remained in public titles and fixed deadlines.

Thus, it retains in financial investments sufficient funds to improve almost two thirds of the National Routes. Official documents show, in fact, that the bulk of the SisVial funds are not destined for road works, but for those stock exchanges.
