The government is negotiating with Damen Galați the construction of three combat ships, worth half a billion euros

Eight years after the government led by Sorin Grindeanu canceled the order for four corvettes that were to be built at the Damen Galați shipyard, the new government is discussing the modernization of the defense fleet with the same company. In the best case, it would take three years until the ships would be available.
