The Catalan government, at its Executive Council meeting this Tuesday, approved awarding the Creu de Sant Jordi (Cross of St. George) of the Generalitat to twenty individuals in 2026. Among those honored are journalist Julia Otero, actors Sílvia Munt and Enric Majó, and, posthumously, chef Fermí Puig.
