A suspect was arrested after a man was found shot to death in Orange County. On Feb. 21, police responded to a shooting at a parking lot near 9622 Garden Grove Blvd. in Garden Grove at 11:20 p.m. Officers found the victim, Trieu Huynh, 26, of Garden Grove, with a gunshot wound to his head.
