The First Hungarian Astronaut Had Foie Gras, a Pistol and a Shark Repellent in His Equipment

It has been 45 years since Bertalan Farkas launched into space aboard Soyuz-36, soon to be followed by the second Hungarian astronaut, Tibor Kapu. Farkas received a reception similar to that of Gagarin in the Soviet Union, with even János Kádár personally congratulating him in front of Parliament.
